Search for 0xc0000005 in any search engine.  It returns many info about the exception, not of big help, but it could be useful anyway.

Your game's path and hardware specs looks good for me.  Though I'm on Intel CPU with integrated Intel and discrete Nvidia GPUs, not on AMD combo.  It's not relevant for AMD, but I don't have neither Nvidia App, nor recent Nvidia drivers installed.  I'm still on stock Windows' Nvidia 528.92 drivers.

MSI Afterburner is a third-party utility.  It can do many things, but mostly used to monitor in real time frame-per-second rates, CPU and GPU temperatures and load percentages, RAM and video RAM usage, and so forth while in game.  It's an external program, which must be downloaded, installed and configured by hand, so you certainly would be aware of its presence if you've done it.  

To your questions.

1. This is an exact link I used to download the torrent file for portable version of the game from this site:

Torrent client creates and downloads a folder named:

"Anno.1800-InsaneRamZes"

"Anno.1800-InsaneRamZes" folder contains an unpacked game version, immediately ready to be used as is, without any intervention or modification.  It's a "portable" version of the game.  InsaneRamZes produces various games' portable versions of the highest quality possible.  He's a honorary member of my personal "Hall of Fame" :) .

"Anno.1800-InsaneRamZes" folder properties, reported by File Explorer, are:

Size: 95.3 GB (102,433,928,845 bytes)
Size on disk: 95.3 GB (102,434,230,272 bytes)
Contains: 155 Files, 18 Folders

The game's version, reported at the bottom right corner of the opening screen, is:

2. The game currently runs on:

System: Windows 11 Pro
Version: 25H2

I use and regularly update a few Windows systems, namely W11 Pro 24H2 26100.nnnn and W11 Pro 26H1 26800.nnnn.  Looks like Anno 1800 doesn't depend on Windows version, as it runs equally well on all of them.

(Probably) important note.  Microsoft has recently released Windows January 2026 KB5074109 "Security update".  Don't remember thebuild number.  Users and organizations reported many problems with KB5074109.  Frame rates drop down by 15-25 fps in various games, some apps have stopped working at all.  Microsoft admitted the problem and currently looks for solution.  So I rolled Windows back to December 2025 state and disabled Windows updates for 5+ weeks, until February 2026 update.  I don't trust Microsoft solutions, so use exclusively CloneZilla to backup and restore both Linux and Windows in clean, meaningful and secure way.

Briefly: if possible, avoid applying Windows January 2026 KB5074109 update.  Anno 1800 runs on Windows December 2025 update here.

3. I do NOT use any command-line parameters and|or particular settings to launch the game.  I did NOT touch any file and did NOT modify anything in downloaded "Anno.1800-InsaneRamZes" folder or elsewhere.  I launch the game directly from File Explorer by simply double-clicking the executable:

[game-root]\Bin\Win64\Anno1800.exe

4. The game requires DirectX 11 or 12 to run.  Feels like it doesn't require VC-Redist and .NET Framework components, but I'm not sure about it.  

There are Steam, Epic, EA, Ubisoft clients and a couple of heavy games installed in my systems.  Clients and games install VC-Redist, DirectX and dotNET on their own.  So all of these tools are present here.

У меня появляется это папка Goldberg UplayEmu Saves, и внутри папки есть файл 1578458188.save, я копировал файлы из кряка в бин папку, но всё в бестолку опять появляется ошибка это (Denuvo license key couldn't be written to voice38.ini check write permisseons) Я отключал даже антивирь это тоже не помогает, я уже не знаю что и делать в чём причина, делаю всё по инструкции но игра не хочет запускаться, я даже интернет отключал и это не помогло. To help you narrow it down: I'm already using the portable build. The folder I downloaded is about 95.3 GB (so it should match the ~94.5G portable you mentioned, not the ~30.42G repack). 
My exact symptom is:

• I click Anno1800.exe (...\Bin\Win64\Anno1800.exe)
• Nothing opens
• In Task Manager the process appears for 1–2 seconds and then closes
• Event Viewer shows APPCRASH / Event ID 1000 & 1001, exception 0xc0000005, faulting module Anno1800.exe

Path is: E:\Program Files\Anno.1800-InsaneRamZes\Bin\Win64\Anno1800.exe (no Cyrillic characters). 
Also, I'm on an AMD system (GPU/CPU), so I'm not using anything like GeForce Experience. I don't think I have MSI Afterburner running. The PC specs are strong enough to run it easily. 
Could you please tell me:

1. Which exact portable release you have working (uploader/name + version/build), so I can confirm I'm on the same one?
2. What Windows version you're on (Win10/Win11 + 22H2/23H2 etc.)
3. Do you launch it with any command-line options or a specific engine.ini setting (DX11 vs DX12, adapter=0)?
4. Are there any runtime prerequisites you installed (VC++ 2015–2022, DirectX runtime), or did it run out-of-the-box?

Any detail you can share would really help me compare and isolate what's different on my side.

1) длина полного пути в какому-либо файлу игры превышает 255 символов
2) вы не являетесь владельцем папки игры и|или не имеете к ней полного доступа

Решения.

1) в терминале выведите список всех файлов игры командой (двойные кавычки нужны, не теряйте их):

dir "полный-путь-к-папке-игры" /s /b

Найдите файл с самым длинным путём к нему.  Скопируйте полный путь к файлу из терминала в буфер обмена.  Вставьте этот путь в каком-нибудь текстовом редакторе, который показывает длину строк.  Отлично подходит Notepad++.  Длина строки не должна превышать 255 символов.

2) станьте владельцем папки с игрой и получите полный доступ к ней и её файлам.  Эти две вещи НЕ взаимосвязаны, одно НЕ подразумевает другое.

Станьте владельцем папки, выполнив в терминале от админа команду (двойные кавычки нужны, не теряйте их):

takeown /f "полный-путь-к-папке-игры" /r

Предоставьте пользователю "имя-пользователя" полный доступ к папке и её файлам во всех подпапках (двойные кавычки нужны, не теряйте их):

icacls "полный-путь-к-папке-игры" /t /inheritance:e /grant "имя-пользователя":f

Не придавайте большого значения галочкам в окошке свойств папок.  Бесполезные финтифлюшки для отвлечения внимания пользователей.
